  : The location.
  : I booked a king bed through booking.com. they don't even have a king bed in the whole place. I was stuck with a full size single bed. Was lied to that there are no double queen beds. Then walked out in the morning to see a double queen room. The bed was itchy. Only a single towel in the bathroom.

  : Well upon arrival, I notices a young gal who came into office and handed property manager a key, which in return was given to me. But the young gal was freshly showered, so going into my room DOOR WAS JACKED UP TO WHERE I FELT AMYBODY COULD HAVE OPENED IT. THEN IS WAS VERY [ MISTED ] in the room and smelled as if someone had just showered..NOTHING over their windows. And I was very uncomfortable with the situation, so I only was there less than an hour & returned my key. Called ro have the remainder 2 days canceled without me being charged a fee, BUT PROPERTY MGR WAS AGAINST THAT...

  : Nothing. This is the *worst* lodging experience that I have ever had!
  : This cesspool needs to be shut down! Broken toilet. Filthy shower floor, shower curtain, and bathroom floor. They left a used bar of soap in the shower when we arrived. Gave us 2 bath towels, and only 1 wash cloth. TV didn't work. Some of window blinds were missing/chopped off... looked like all of the motel rooms in the complex were like this. The motel office looks terrible too. I had a Booking.com confirmation for 2 nights (reservation paid for and confirmed back in April of 2024). On the second night of my stay, at around 10pm, pounding at my door had started. My sister and I were scared half to death. I had no idea what was going on. Heard guy say he was the manager and that we only paid for 1 night (they honestly believe that one night in this dilapidated hellhole is worth $126.27 ???). He had also said that we need to leave, otherwise he would call the police. I told him to call the police, since there is no peep hole, with no other way to verify if he was indeed the hotel manager. The police had arrived. I told the police officer and the manager about my 2-night hotel confirmation through Booking.com. Gave them my confirmation number and details that I had previously hand-written. Afterwards, my sister and I vacated the room, and decided to stay with nearby relatives. Dreadful!

  : The only positive aspect of this hotel was the lady at the front desk. Very friendly and understanding when I checked in and when I checked out less than an hour later.
  : Immediately as I entered the hotel room I saw leaves on the floor and both beds were saddle backed and sunken in like and old worn out mattress. The sheets were stained with some red/yellow body fluid. There were also no pillow cases

  : Dirty linens, no fitted sheet, no towels, used soap in the shower, used toothbrush and toothpaste near sink. Microwave was dirty, refrigerator wasn't cold.
