Disappointing

  : Nice location, however is facing the main road and the city parking, what can be a big inconvenience during the summer holidays!Breakfast is ok, adding more variety of fruits could be a big plus! Staff is polite only to an extent that they have to!
  : Booking two rooms for the New Year Holiday with our children, we got two rooms on two different floors, one room was modern and upgraded, another one looked not attractive, with an old furniture and outdated lightnings. Only one light was working in the bathroom, other two were broken!To our big surprise one room had only one blanket and one pillow, what is nonsense then you are booking each room for two people. The person from the Reception brought one more pillow and the cover blanket, separate from the bedding, with no apologize! So, after 5 hours of driving to this place, we ended up of making our own bed! The mattress, pillows, towels are old and do not correspond to the description of the Hotel! We were staying there 4 nights, none of our towels or beds were changed during our stay!You have to be sitting on the bed carefully, within any movement it can split for two beds instead! Is no kettle or coffee machine in the rooms, each time if you would like to get a tea, you have to go to the restaurant and pay!In the end they did not provide the split bill for the restaurant.The bottom line is, the Hight priced Hotel should provide a way better Service and improve their skills toward their costumers!

  : Clean and comfortable room with my own balcony and a great view of the lake and mountains, very spacious room with table, chair and TV and a wardrobe. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast in the mornings was plentiful, hot and cold food, scrambled eggs, bacon, selection of breads and selection of meats, cheeses, yoghurts and fruit, fresh coffee served at your table. Restaurant had a good selection of traditional dishes, good service and all with a lake and mountain view. Parking for motorcycle and cars, motorcycle parked under cover.
