  : The toilet seat, round seat replacement on a square toilet the hot water wasnt too hot. The music in the bar , loud bass really annoying when your trying to sleep.Told there was no chef but a breakfast had been cooked as we could smell bacon, could find old post office for discount.

  : The lock on the door failed, we couldnt get out. The help number went to someone who hadnt worked there since 2019 and my daughter ended up climbing up onto a small roof to let us out. Thank god there was no fire.

  : The bar man was super friendly and allowed us to check in early which I really thankful for.
  : The tv did not work and the towel radiator was on all night causing the room to be boiling hot. No air on in the room either.

  : Only problem was that we left the next morning but there was no one about to settle our tab so as we are returning on 28th Sept I left a note saying we would settle up then

  : Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good location for Tewkesbury.
  : No bathroom light on first evening. (We were offered another room, which we understood to be small so waited for replacement light next day) Dirty skirting behind bed. Window frames black on inside. Cobwebs on inside bathroom window. Room needed a thorough clean. Kettle had to be plugged into a switch next to the floor. Room not cleaned on second day. Rubbish not emptied. No replacement tea coffee etc. No WiFi in Room Window wouldn't close therefore noisy with passing traffic. The pub restaurant floor was being replaced on our arrival day therefore causing a big upheaval for them in our opinion they should not have taken the booking.
