  : It was in a great location near a river and woods. There were biking and hiking trails nearby. We found a great pizzeria nearby for dinner, about a five minute drive. We used it to break up a long drive to the Alps. The rooms were very clean and it had everything we needed.
  : We stayed in between the area's main seasons. It was easy to book but it looks like they sell out quickly during the main seasons. If you want to stay you better book well in advance.

  : New property with food and most facilities
  : When we arrived the room had not been made up and the floor was dirty and towels still on the bathroom floor. The beds had been slept in. We alerted the staff and the two ladies that helped us were wonderful but what let the place down was the couldnt care less attitude pf the manageress. Even when she returned, she saw us, offered no complimentary drink while we waited half an hour for our room (having walked 24km on the Jakobsweg from Salzburg we were exhausted). She sat outside smoking, laughing and drinking with a local male but no care factor!Furthermore, she had declined us using the washing machine and brazenly looked us up and down as though we were leppers Lastly, single beds for a couple are just ridiculous and we had a very restless and achy nights rest (they were moving away from each other.)Please, please please change the useless pillows!

  : Didnt have breakfast, but coffee is excellent.
  : There was no way to get in touch during out of office hours, in emergencies. Two phone numbers were offered but no one answering. On weekends, the cafe (breakfast) only opens at 8am, but I had to leave earlier for work.

  : Fully equipped and well maintained bathroom - highly convenient. A very good small balcony to breath the night air. The place is very silent. The staff is friendly and always ready to answer your questions. They made a call to me on the day of arrival to make sure I could easily find the key to access the building if I arrive late. Very tasty breakfast - recommended. By the way, parking is free and available onsite. Wi-Fi is free and available everywhere in the property.
  : Questionable pillows (they were very slim) - owners may need to consider changing them. If I may, I would recommend adding a microwave to the room (our room had a kitchenette, so it would be helpful to have a microwave in the room).
