  : The property was clean, comfortable and in a beautiful location! It had everything we needed in the kitchen. WiFi worked well. Furniture was up to date and modern.
  : One of the beds downstairs was sagging in the middle.

  : The first floor and master loft were light and bright with comfortable furniture. The house had been well cleaned and the main living area was spacious.
  : Firstly, we wrote in advance after hearing of some road closures in the area to ask how that might affect us. Response from owner was that they didn't live in the area and, though they did suggest contacting "the local authorities, it was not their responsibility to advise on local closures." I found it curious that they then stated "not to hesitate to contact them; they were always here to help." I felt they'd already stated it "was not their responsibility..." Perhaps they could have referred my question to their local management company, Vacasa, because it really was a concern of ours. The ice maker in the fridge was not working. Window shades were broken in all 3 bedrooms making access to fresh air impossible in the basement. There were floor fans available, for which we were grateful at night. We reported the broken shades to Vacasa management. They were going to write up a maintenance report. The master king bed was comfortable, however the two queens downstairs were saggy and unsupportive. The house backs up to a busy road.

  : The location was wonderful, you can sit on the patio and watch the aerial tram go up the mountain. It is a very short drive to downtown, RMNP entrance and within walking distance to the river and Coffee on the Rocks! The layout of the condo is very nice, really enjoyed 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family w a great sized balcony. The sound does carry from the living room to loft easily, but wasn't an issue for our family. The furniture was all pretty nice, aside from the beds. Bedrooms all had extra fans and blankets. Nice TV's with apps to access Netflix, Hulu etc. With a clean floor and a few upgrades to the linens, mattress toppers or just new ones, and a better equipped kitchen this would have been a top notch rental!
  : The kitchen had bare minimum accessories, do not expect to cook or prepare meals as most of the cabinets/drawers are empty and not well equipped. The beds all had worn out spring mattresses and were not comfortable. The loft upstairs gets really hot even with the windows open and fans running. (We went towards the end of Aug.) Every single blind had broken strings and were a hassle to pull up or close.For the price of the rental we were expecting nicer linens but the towels and sheets were the very cheap hotel kind. Not a big issue, but most VRBOs we've stayed at, everything is just higher quality linens/towels/beds, kitchen accessories. Upon arrival the main level floors were not cleaned. They had not been swept/vacuumed or mopped and there was debris and sticky spots all over. Staff did reach out to offer to take care of it but by that time it was evening and we had already unpacked and wanted to just rest after a long drive. The rest of the house looked very presentable though.
