  : I used a spa towel to cover my bike from the pollin it fell on the driveway and got wet dirt on it the owner took a picture of it and sent it to me with the caption , wow really , we were perfect guest cleaned up after ourselves made the bed couldn't even tell we had been there except for the towels complaining to your guest about a dirty towel was a insult the place is nice but won't recommend it to others because of the owners nit picking about a white towel that can be washed and looked like it was stolen from a hotel

  : We stayed at Pine View, it was great.
  : Nothing, property was easy to find, was comfortable. No silverware was found in the kitchen, when you had everything else we might have wanted.

  : The room was clean and comfortable.
  : First thing you need to know, is that after paying for this nonrefundable room, you are asked to sign a ridiculously complicated, detailed ( a polite way of saying nit-picky) contract in which you are told about every way they can charge you extra fees. You MUST sign it! There are signs everywhere telling you what you must do. It was not inviting at all. I would have cancelled moments after I made the reservation and saw the contract, but it was non-refundable. On top of that, there is no ice and no coffee filters. I did not feel at all welcome in the facility, even though I obeyed all rules and PAID for it.

  : Very quiet. Single apartment like off the back of a residence. Easy Access to event center.
  : 70 dollars seemed excessive for changing sheets & new towels. I even did the dishes!

  : Property is cozy, comfortable with a great outdoor sitting area. Saw Mule Deere/wildlife each morning with the sun coming up over the mountains to the east. Wonderful Hot Tub for relaxing at end of day. Convenient location off of St Vrain.
  : Price was higher than some other properties, will most likely look for before re-booking here. Could not find local TV channels and TV difficult to navigate, not that we needed it just looking to catch up at days end.
