  : Everything was perfect about the place. Trouble with code to open door but called the number and figured out getting into the house - a moment (maybe 10) of stress, but problem solved.View was magnificent, place was clean and well provisioned ( lots of towels). Wifi was good, never turned on the TV. Brought our own blue tooth speaker. Would have been nice to actually talk with someone, someone who might have helped with National Park pass situation.
  : BIG BIG BIG PROBLEM. Never knew that we wouldnt be able to get into the National Park w/o a pass. Bookings.com, management company, owner, someone!!! should take some responsibility for letting vacationers know. Not knowing about the situation - we missed the deadline in July to procure passes, found out 2 weeks before our trip. So our only option was to try each evening at 5 to log into site to try to get a pass for the next day. Got afternoon pass so we were in the park hiking at 5 (no wifi) so were late to log into that days Pass Frenzy couldnt get a morning pass for next day, lucky to get afternoon passes. Terrible situation to spend $4K on accommodations/flights and barely get in the park. When someone makes a reservation for Aug you should notify people to go Online July 1st to get all important passes. Lots of energy and emotion spent trying to figure out how to work within this system and NO WARNING FROM THE FOLKS WHO RENTED TO US and made $$ from us.Reading from log book in house there was a group who only got into the park once during their week vacation.
