  : The space in the apartment for four was great. The balcony was an additional great space.There was everything we needed, ironing board, hairdryer, towels etc.
  : That we could not access the swimming pool. We tried every key several times.Unless your in the old town there is a lot of traffic noise and fumes at the side twin bedroom.

  : Good location. The property was ok and quite comfortable.
  : I found it difficult to speak to William. I thought maybe there was a bad signal so texted him twice with no reply. He did meet us ok though for check in so that was good. There was a musty smell when we arrived but we bought air fresheners and that worked ok. There were loads of small bottles of shampoo but not even one soap in the bathrooms. Also tons of ornaments which were definitely not our taste. The crockery was mixed and very basic. The view from the window was nothing like the photo. We were unable to see the pool due to the overgrown trees. The buildings opposite and to the right we're dirty and rundown. The double bed was too hard, although the singles were good.

  : To echo the previous review, the plus points for this apartment are that the lounge, main bedroom and one bathroom have modern comfortable furnishings (the other rooms are dated). It is also near to Estepona Old Town, although some distance from the beach.
  : As well as being near the old town, the main reason we booked this apartment was that it also had access to the swimming pool shown in the listing pictures and also confirmed in the listing details. Like the previous reviewer, we were very upset to find that the Parque Central swimming pool is only open between 01/06 and 15/09 every year and had already been closed for over a week by the time we arrived. Not sure why this should be given Estepona temperatures are forecast to remain at 28c until the end of October! We complained about this issue to the local agent during our stay and received no reply, so following our return complained directly to Booking.com regarding the misrepresentation in the listing. Booking.com tried to obtain a partial refund for us from the local agent but were unable to do so, however they were kind enough to provide us with a refund directly so definitely cant fault Booking.com. Given the apartment is very expensive for not having a pool, unless you want to book during the very narrow window when the pool is actually open you would be better looking for accommodation near to La Rada beach without a pool which is generally much cheaper. One final point the allocated parking space is incredibly narrow. We had hired a Fiat 500 which only just fitted so anything wider wont.
