  : Perfect location as it is right in the middle on a beautiful street! The room has pretty much what you need to stay for a short time, its not a luxury but its a good night sleep.
  : We had a lot of problems with checking in for this property. You have to download an app to check in which I did but then when trying to get our keys out of the safe box, there were no keys in there and we had to phone the owner a few times who was a bit grumpy. They didnt have a room for us as well which was surprising so the cleaner had to sort out a room for us and gave us someone elses room I think, there was a lot of confusion. I think there needs to be some improvement on checking in for this property.

  : The location is excellent: right in the middle of town, close to all the sights, restaurants, pubs, cafes etc. We had a two-bedroom suite on the second floor, which was attractive; beds were spacious and comfortable, and there were kitchen facilities (see below). There is a bit of night-time noise from the street, but this is probably to be expected given the location, and it wasn't too bad. Overall it made a good base for our two nights in Cesky Krumlov. Staff were friendly and helpful with gaining access (via a keybox), storing luggage till afternoon departure, and booking a taxi to the station (which didn't show up on time, but they were quick to organise another, which got us there in time). We didn't have breakfast.
  : There was a curious musty or damp smell coming up the stairs, which affected one of the bedrooms: it would be good to sort this out. The kitchen area has a fridge, oven and microwave, and has enough plates, glasses etc, but is otherwise a bit lacking in equipment - fine for producing breakfast (though a proper coffee-pot would be nice), but not really adequate for more cooking. (To be fair, the accommodation is only advertised as a suite, not as an apartment, but more capacity for self-catering would enhance it.)

  : Great little room in the city center. It's a little bit oldschool with a great modern bathroom, everything clean. Equipment consists of a tv and a fridge. Good for a short stay and has very friendly staff.
  : The bed is a little bit on the hard side.
