  : A beautifully restored historic property. Large bedroom & sitting area was well furnished and comfortable. Air-con was appreciated during an unusually hot spell. Location in the old city was central and perfect, easy to walk to all attractions. Lovely and generous buffet style breakfast was included. Daily housekeeping was un-intrusive.
  : While the bathroom was a generous size, the layout was very tricky. The bath set into a low, angled ceiling made it impossible to stand up to shower. The base of the bath was curved and slippery making it a bit treacherous. A non-slip mat for the base of the bath would help.

  : Lovely architecture, great location
  : The room wasn't too big and the corners of the beds had knobbly bits sticking out which I managed to hit five times.

  : The only thing was the location of the hotel. I got to the property and the only room I was able to get was in an attic climbing up winding stairs. I told the receptionist I suffered with vertigo and could not do the stairs. She said that was the only room. The sheets were not clean and I was itching and I found three bugs. But the worst was the noise until 3 am in the morning. I could not get in touch with anyone at the receptionist desk all evening. So finally I cut my trip short and left at 4:00 after sitting in the lobby. It was awful. The place appeared clean but once you got into the bed, you notice all the dirty linen.
  : Look above! I believe the hotel is hunted especially the room I was placed in the attic.

  : very good location, beautiful old looking hotel, good breakfast
  : We paid for a deluxe room and got a room (no. 307) which was inaccessible to one side of the bed without bending and bumping your head and I'm not tall. I asked to change the room and was answered that the hotel is full. After a long argument, In which I showed the receptionist a video of me bumping my head, I was offered another room for an extra 100 EORO. When I got really angry she was ready to change the room without the extra payment, but then she mentioned there is no air-condition in the room. (It was thirty degrees Celsius) so I said thanks but no thanks They promised to change the room next morning which they did. During the night in order to get to the toilet I had to pass over my husband and as Iam 73 I did not appreciate the exercise B.T.W may be the room really was 25 square meter but half of it was the bathroom

  : Excellent position in centre of town. Near to all tourist attractions and although the hotel restaurant was closed there were plenty of other restaurants to choose from. Very lively atmosphere as a real tourist honey pot. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice.
  : Whilst the hotel room looked very attractive the amount of furniture was rather overpowering for the size of the room. The shower was a disappointment as you could not stand up in it. In fact the second morning I gave it a miss.

  : Wonderful Hotel, like an old museum! Very well decorated, almost a pity leaving it during the day to explore the city :/ Bed and facilities very comfortable and nice. Breakfast hasn't too many choices but the food was very good, so it's a win situation for my point of view.
  : - We had a room facing the back alleyway where's the City Lounge Music Club: in the night, as long as the structure doesn't have double glass windows, we could hear the drunk singing and screaming.. - the toilet has a ventilation with a very long timer that cannot be turned off and you can hear it in the sleeping room

  : Great interior design, beautiful building, perfect location, friendly and flexible staff, delicious breakfast.
  : The bed was nice and big, but a bit too large for the room, this made it uncomfortable to get in and get out of it. The room was located on the top floor, where the ceiling starts to slope, so it's not the best choice for tall people. There were no sockets in the room, I had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone.
