  : The hotel was in the centre of the town and there's a lovely view of the town from the roof terrace. The staircase up to the rooms is beautiful with lots of foliage. The room was fine but old fashioned, it was very clean and there was a small kitchen area (albeit in a cupboard) with tea and coffee making facilities and biscuits. However, as mentioned by other reviews, there was a little bit of a damp smell in the room, or maybe the room hadn't been used in a while. It was fine for a one night stay

  : Very central to town,manager met us at Ferry and guided us to hotel. Restaurants, supermarket only several minutes away.Very quite at night.

  : The hotel was beautiful and my room had stunning view from the balcony. The room was also furnished with a small kitchen area which was really handy and had a stocked cupboard/ fridge. Everyone was incredibly friendly and polite - I felt safe and happy

  : Central and clean and if you have Iorgi as your host (alone) you`re in luck. His a great host and a much better communicator than the alternatives. I suggest call him if you have an issue (second no on the business card). However, regarding finding the place if you`re comming from the port you will need a geolocation map to find the hotel. The alternative is to go to the Miaouli sqare and find it from there (very close)
  : The mismatch between the description of the room - i.r.l. and the attitude of the receptionist. The property asked Booking to call me in order to reconfirm the interval of my arrival (reason: "due to the delay in ferries") and I took this opportunity to ask Booking, to make the description of the room booked on the platform formally available because two days before I have received photos of the future room from the host. The photos did not match the description but in order to be very thorough and correct (I teach consumer`s psychology and communication in tourism so I really believe in communication and improving things) I want the description to bringing the issue. Alexandra (I can check the full name) from Booking restated repeatedly the description for the room I have booked (usually I use my expertise in finding great rooms): "A double room with landmark view and city view" and the list continued ... (recently you have detailed descriptions of the rooms). She reasured me that this will be the actual room. I checked in and I found myself in a double room with a single window facing a small inner courtyard with high halls with very little natural light in the room. I have used on all stay as a "dormitory and shower". I have bring the mismatch issue in the gentliest manner possible with Iorgi suggesting that they shoud clear the mismatch between the description of the room (they have blame it on Booking) with B prior to my departure and reviewing because other wise it will be reflected in the reveiw. I believe in reviews and the role feedback has in emproving tourism services and a better costumer care. Unfortunately the receptionist (the host?) came at the end of our dialogue and she simply exploded no matter how much the psychologist in me tried to make the discussion as human and less pleasant possible.

  : Excellent location, clean comfortable rooms, a great communal viewing deck on top of the building offering excellent views of Ermoupoli, and really friendly family staff who offer great advice and are lovely conversation. We really enjoyed our stay.
