  : My shower in my room had hair on the floor and I was not interested in utilizing it once I noticed. I also had dog food on my room’s floor.

  : The location.
  : I had to wait an hour after checking in, which was at 6:30pm, for my room to be ready because of repair needed in room. The lobby had no air conditioning and was unbearably hot. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. The light over jacuzzi in room was broken and could not be shut off ,so I had to sleep with it on, which was not ideal.

  : Our room was not cleaned after our first night’s stay. We had to go get clean towels from the front desk.

  : The night desk clerk was kind of rude and didn't seem to care about anything. Our door wouldn't open even when they tried. We asked for a different room but he blew us off at first then he sent someone else to try and open it but eventually got us another room after making us stand in the hall for 30 minutes. My sister had a ground floor room and her window wouldn't lock so anyone could get in. Pretty much we will not be recommending it.

  : Trash cans outside the hotel dumped and not cleaned up during our two day stay. Beds are old, no support at all. Construction dirt/dust on light fixtures in room, ironing board was broken, the pool was not accessible (not mentioned on site but given bands to use down the road across the street), air conditioning was not working in lobby or breakfast area, our room was on the 3rd floor and right in front of the elevator and we could hear the “ding” every time it came or left the floor. Outside of the hotel, especially first floor - very scary looking, if you’re doing construction close the curtains or cover windows. The housekeeping cart with trash bag hanging was in our hall at 7:00 pm and when we left this morning at 5:30 am it was still in the same place. When we expressed concerns, staff really didn’t seem to care. I should have taken pictures!
