  : There was a dreadful smell of air freshner that made us cough. The carpets and furniture were old and out dated. Carpark is acessed by driving on the path, very little space in it and not secure. Rooms were old and dreary.

  : It was dirty. The skirting boards were covered in dust and the bathroom floor was dirty. Hated the shower as it had shower curtains! I dont like shower curtains! The room had a very strong chemical smell that came from the cleaning products. At night we wanted to open the windows to let the chemical odour escape but the odour from the outside neighbourhood was far worse so had to close the windows! A very uncomfortable night as the beds are not very comfy. The description for this hotel says there is a restaurant not true. You could order frozen pizza, frozen sandwich,frozen lasagne at any time and they would microwave a portion for you but I do not class that as acceptable! Also there were sandwiches in a vending machine. We saw the same sandwiches there as we left from the day before when we arrived!! We asked about a good restaurant where we could have dinner and they directed us to one just around the corner. The restaurant was no such thing. They offered food at lunchtimes only. Also a dirty and the outside odour was ever present! Needless to say we went without dinner or breakfast during our stay at this hotel. I cannot understand the good reviews they receive! I would not rate this hotel a three star hotel and I can not recommend this hotel to anyone!

  : Pretty comfy hotel. Reasonable distance away from the Bilbao international airport, which was the main reason I stayed here overnight
  : There is no minibar in the room to get something small in the middle of the night. Had to go downstairs to the automatic dispenser...
