  : Nail clippings on the floor, hairs on sheets, no hot water, dripping stains down bathroom walls, sticky floors, filthy walls, mystery stains on furniture, flat pillows, cigarette burns on sheets, AC would turn on for 30 seconds then shut off, no electrical plugs to charge phone. Check in staff handed me a key without saying a word and walked off. Garbage all over parking lot and piled up in exterior walk ways.

  : There was no staff at the front desk at night or in the morning. It was dirty, loud, and absolutely awful. The water wasn’t even hot either and there was only one towel. Also. there was underwear stuffed in the air conditioner.

  : Filthy dirty everywhere! We were there to attend a concert and were informed that they had to buy new blankets so our bed would be made when we returned! Bed was terrible burn marks on sheets and stains-disgusting pillows and coverlet on a chair! Tried to get someone for bedding but nobody around so I grabbed 2 new pillows from the laundry room and tried to sleep as it was 2am and no other choice! Tried to check out and voice concerns but of course no one in the office! Toilet seat broken, table about to fall down, 1 towel and 1 wash cloth, no cover on coffee pot water reservoir, shower curtain mildewed, heater/air conditioner wouldn't work until you flip the magic light switch on the wall by the bed! I don't know how they are not condemned! We will never stay at this hotel again!
