Agriturismo Baglio Pollicarini

Set in 24-hectare private farmland in the countryside around Pergusa Baglio Pollicarini features elegant rooms with 18th-century frescoes and brickworks. A fixed daily menu can be sampled in the Sicilian restaurant. All very spacious rooms are located in a converted 17th-century monastery. Each includes a TV and a bathroom with toiletries.

Some have furnishings from the 19th century. Breakfast consists of homemade cakes biscuits and jams. Local cheese and ham but also organic olive oil and wheat are used in the restaurant. Meals can be enjoyed in the garden in fine weather.
