  : Maintenance is needed. For the price I didn’t expect to have to supply my own paper products. Lots of light bulbs burnt out.

  : The location is perfect! We loved the lanai area. Being able to eat breakfast and lunch and see and listen to the ocean! We loved that we could walked right outside our door into the sand. Views and sunsets were amazing! It was handy having a washer/dryer on the property. We would stay here again as it had everything we were looking for.
  : The place could use some updating though. Carpet is stained, pillows were terrible and beds are not the most comfy. The grill needs to be replaced desperately. Also, it would be nice if each unit had its own as we had to wait to cook after the people next door were done using it. It would be nice if they would cut back some of the vegetation in front of the lanai as it restricts some of the view. They have updated the living room furniture and bathroom which is nice. Not enough negatives to make us not stay here again.
