  : Fantastic location, right next to Ely Museum, and very close to Ely Cathedral. So many cafes, pubs, and restaurants in the area, I was spoilt for choice. Taxi rank was a one minute walk away. I only dropped marks for 2 things, and it's easily fixed. When my Sunday lunch arrived, I wasn't given any cutlery or horseradish sauce. I asked for more gravy, but it didn't arrive until I'd finished my meal. The other thing was the bath tap needed to be throughly cleaned on the chrome, and underneath the water spout. There was a build up of grunge, which could be very quickly removed. The room was otherwise fantastic. It was 95% quiet, no noticeable street noise, pleasantly warm, the beds were cosy, and I loved the pillows. The bedding was of a very high standard. There were 3 lamps, a kettle with cups and a range of drinks (tea/coffee/ milk and sugar), an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, fan heater, and large free-standing fan. There was a bedside table for both twin beds in #17, as well as a desk and chair, and shelf with hanging rail. The carpet and curtains were of a high quality. The bathroom was huge, and had a light, mirror, shaver socket, hand wash gel, and bath gel. There were ample clean crisp white towels. There was ample good quality toilet roll and a box of tissues. Everything was of a high standard. Staff were warm and friendly, and made my son and I feel welcome. He loved that people could bring their dogs into the restaurant area. Staff were kind, and went the extra mile, giving clear and concise directions, helping me with train tickets, and storing our bags for 3 hours after check out whilst we went sightseeing.We would definitely recommend The Lamb to families, couples, and dog owners. I include photos of Ely Cathedral and Ely Museum, which are a stone's throw from The Lamb.
  : Just the bath tap needs a good clean. It would take less than one minute. Other than that, the room, and entire hotel was immaculate.

  : Great restaurant. Quaint pub. Perfect location near the cathedral , the market , and the shops. Staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. I look forward to returning.

  : Location is excellent. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The young serving girl breakfast was friendly and welcoming. The bar is well stocked and the bar staff friendly. Room was surprisingly quiet.
  : The room needs the condensation problem sorting out, mould on window sills. The older lady serving at breakfast was unwelcoming and sharp.
