  : Bed and room very comfortable. Beach lovely, food very nice, location good. Most staff very nice. Well maintained buildings. Good gym and spa.
  : Lack of air con in the bar was poor. Maybe could have done with a table tennis table or pool table or something. More veggie food options at buffet. Sometimes veggie options listed but contained meat.

  : Magnificent views, friendly staff, good food, comfortable bed, nice room.
  : Not 5 stars more like 4. No coffee service at breakfast only a machine that was often broken. Food not very hot. Complicated restaurant booking system, no drink service for pool in the Cool Living section. Communication wasnt always en pointe.

  : Location was great and easy to get to beach. Could walk into village or catch a bus.
  : Needs More ladies toilets on every level. Could have been warned about the number of steps around the hotel.Also would be nice to have quiet area with comfy chairs to sit in.

  : Food and drink was great, decent variety too. Was one of the better gym's I've been to when staying at a hotel. Helpful and friendly staff too. Beds were comfortable also.
  : Coming back to the rooms to find bottles of water left at the bedside was a nice touch, however, I think popping them in the fridge and leaving a note would be better.

  : Super comfy bed and pillows and tastefully decorated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location and walking distance to Elounda town.
  : Entertainment was non-existent. Played the odd movie on an outdoor screen and a couple of nights a few songs played off a laptop. Food was average and a limited choice. We ate out several times during our stay as the food dull and repetitive. Very uninviting bar served badly made cocktails in cardboard coffee cups. Not what I expected from a high grade hotel.

  : Service was good, the staff were friendly and always happy to help. The self service points were clever and good to be able to get water, coffee and soft drinks without having to ask.Location was great - half way between Plaka and Elounda which are both lovely
  : Where to start.. -Rooms were small - we had a tropical nest with infinity pool the pool was not infinity, it looked straight onto the hotel road and was quite pointless.-Serving drinks in paper cups around the pool - I realise the hotel is trying to be eco conscious but cant see how that is better than using reusable plastic glasses and would be far more classy - I felt like I was at a kids party.- Pool was too small for the resort and people were reserving loungers from 7am so you had no chance of getting a sun bed - breakfast buffet was mediocre at best and the coffee machines kept breaking. Ultimately really not our kind of place, we wont be back

  : The breakfast choice was very good and the quality was excellent. There was plenty of room in the restaurants and the staff in all areas were very good. Our nest room was a good size and comfortable.
  : The meze restaurant needed to be booked and was more formal than we felt it should be. There were charges made for premium drinks, such as Jim Beam and Tanquery gin. We have stayed in a few All inclusive resorts and these brands were included and not classed as premium. There were no classic Greek dishes served such as kleftiko which was disappointing. The air conditioning units did not work well and this seemed to be a general problem.
