  : Everything was dirty . The rooms ,laundry room ,not cleaned properly even when we reached the garbage wasnt cleaned ,fries behind the side table . Pet hair everywhere very bad experience i wouldnt recommend it to anyone

  : We booked a unit with kitchenette. There were no pots and pans. No cooking utensils. No kettle. No cups or plates. No knives and forks or spoons. The staff told us there is no equipment for cooking etc available. So. What are we paying for ?

  : The price was pretty competitive for Chicago. The booking process was easy. I thought I was getting a good deal. However I did end up not staying there and had to pay more for a last minute reservation.
  : When I first reached to the facility with my family, there was no one in the reception. After a wait of about 15 mins, the receptionist showed up and we were able to check in. However once we reached to the room, we found out that it was a 'smoking' room despite booking for a non smoking room. I went back to the receptionist and she said that they were sold out and that was the only one room available. There was no way me and my family could stay in the room (smell of heavy, almost suffocating of smoking). The receptionist was also not very courteous. She however did offer to cancel the room and offer to return the booking which I have not yet received. I do not have a good feedbacks about this facility. I did not stay in the facility and also know this is a negative review, but it was not a good experience. The situation was disappointment and it was very rude and unprofessional way. I had to pay more for a last minute booking in a different location.

  : The hotel itself needs remodeling. Rooms smell, and the carpet is filthy. The refrigerator was so stained in the front that it needed to be replaced, the counter tops were peeling off, and the dishes they gave you needed to go in the trash. The beds are so hard that all my pressure points hurt.

  : Smells so bad when you enter the Hotel. Breakfast area photos of different location posted for this hotel, which is deceiving. This Location has only few items at front: Coffee, granola bar, hot chocolate and Oatmeal packets. Nothing else!!

  : The management of the place does not respond or accommodate any changes or refunds in a time of need. No communication from the property at all
  : Who ever is in charge of answering emails completely ignored and did not answer any of my emails in a time of need

  : Location was okay, good value for the price. Internet connection was great, and staff were very friendly.
  : The property didn't have a gym or good breakfast options, aside from that it's a good place to spend the night.
