  : Double bed advertised as a Queen. My husband had to sleep on the floor. No AC. Water unfit for drinking. Vegetation so overgrown there were no views beyond the grasses that were taller than me.

  : The property was clean.
  : The property was listed as a whole home that accommodated 8 people and was air conditioned. It was 95 degrees the weekend we went. The house was not equipped with air conditioning. The house was not equipped to accommodate 8 people. The house was listed as having 2 queen beds, 4 single beds, a sleeper sofa and a futon. There was one double, 2 singles, and a futon. No pull out sofa sleeper. No queen beds in sight. We stayed because we didnt have a choice. The owner of the property acknowledged that the listing was inaccurate, but refused any sort of refund. Booking.com also acknowledged the error and would offer a refund, but ended up only refunding the extra fee we were charged due to having more people than we booked for (although it was 6 people total, still under the 8 people listed that the property accommodated). I would never stay here again. I would never book with this property owner and never again use booking.com due to their rude customer service. Save yourself the disappointment and the drive and stay at the holiday inn in Elkins.
