  : the bed, pillows, comforter were super comfortable
  : the price was too high, place was a bit outdated, pool old and whirlpool not hot enough. I did the triathlon in the morning of the day we booked and was done with race in morning. It was a LONG wait to get into We were hoping to check in MUCH earlier.

  : The front desk staff was very nice.
  : Charged twice once with booking.com and again by your resort. I reached out several times and have not received any follow-up regarding your error. This is unacceptable and management needs to address Eric in accounting.

  : The property is at a great location.
  : There is no excuse for the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. There was no indication at check in or within the rooms that cleaning would not happen on a daily basis. We put our cleaning request on the door and even though we were seen to do so by the staff no one said anything to us. After 3 nights we called and were refused a turn down service. Outside of this the cleaning in between guests is also terrible. One person in our group had booked a honeymoon sweet, staff would not offer a turn down service and when the guests entered the room there was trash from previous guests that smelled and had not been removed. In my room there were spider webs and old cigarettes on the balcony. The only thing the staff do is leave new towels outside the door. No toiletries, toilet paper or tea/coffee.
