  : Horrible experience! I have paid 4x for 2 hotel rooms the night of my wedding because the hotel did not check me into my online reservation, instead they booking me 2 new rooms without telling me, and they did indeed see the online reservation because I received the handicap room I asked for. 2 days later and I have no answers. Such a horrible experience for my wedding weekend. This has added so much extra stress and drained our bank accounts as we head into our honeymoon weekend. We booked over 10 rooms for between all of our guests, I would never come here again.

I have paid 4x for 2 hotel rooms the weekend of my wedding because the hotel did not check me into my online reservation, instead I was booked and charged for 2 new rooms, and my online reservation was indeed seen because I received the handicap room I asked for. 2 days later and I have no answers.
