  : It was close to Dewitt where the graduation was held. The price of hotel was reasonable for the size room.
  : The overall stay was very nice. However, there was a noticeable smell of food/spices that lingered throughout hotel that wasn’t inviting.

  : The first room I was put in needed work drywall tape was hanging from the ceiling, there was a hole in the drywall between the shower head and the top of the shower wall, and the shower valve did not work correctly, I couldn’t get hot water

  : The room was clean when I arrived. But when I left to go out to eat, come back, nobody cleaned my room or made up my bed or took out any trash. I called the front desk manager he said that I would have to request that the room be clean because of the pandemic.The pandemic is over why are the housekeepers not going in stay over rooms and cleaning..When you have a stay over I don't get it.So I had trash in the room..I thought that was stupid I didn't have clean trash bags in the trash can.
  : The swimming pool was closed off to hotel guests Because they had a pool party for some kids and then on Sunday.The pool was open again to the kids and it was packed.Never got a chance to swim and I Bought me a swimsuit for nothing In the pool party because it was private.They would not allow anybody to swim until the party was over but the party didn't end It was nine o'clock when we arrived back to the hotel and the kids were still in the pool. I gave up wanting to go swimming and went to sleep.

  : Nice area, friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable.
  : Well room booked was on second floor which stunk whole floor and room smelt just as bad. Grand daughter sprayed perfume to help but with the weather hot and humid couldn't leave window open so they did move us to the third floor and that was much better. Hot tub was broke and had been for a while cuz green slime was showing in small amount of water left and boarded around. Came from Michigan had a 6 hour drive for a funeral expected to relax in a hot tub due to a 6 hour trip home the next day. This room was booked with a no cancellation for four adults had medical issues and still had 4 people but 2 kids 14 years old instead. Called to advise of the change to the motel and asked if their was a price difference for kids not adults and advised no their wasn't, but not one word and nothing posted that the hot tub was not working. So when we arrived and had issues I was definitely not happy. I could have stayed close to Walcott but reviews and no pool or hot tub was why I chose to drive further and spent more. It appears they are trying to make improvements.

  : Great location near softball fields we were playing at for the weekend.
  : Our room didn’t have a smoke detector they said would fix it but unfortunately never did. Our floor was sticky. The pull out bed was broken on the bottom and we had to hold up with the trash cans plus had exposed springs on one side. Also breakfast was just okay. Not a lot of options.
