  : Broken water heater; no hot showers until repair made for our last night of a 4-night stay. Broken showers, a broken coffee machine, and a roof water leak into a ceiling light fixture. The outdoor grill gas tanks (all three) were empty. There was no wood for the fireplace. (The woodshed was empty.) The difficulty, long wait or no response, to several attempts to reach Vasaca by webmail and phone calls.

  : The house is pretty big fitting our group(13 people) perfectly. The location is pretty convenient to travel through North Tahoe. The Vacasa’s customer service and the local staffs were really nice
  : However, the house looked a bit older than the photos, some binds were worn out and several spiders were on the basement. In addition, we found that the bedroom on the basement was freezing(no heat at all) and the bathroom in the laundry room was not able to use the shower. Then, we called Vacasa’s customer service the day after and they helped us pretty well. We got an extra portable heater for the bedroom but the shower still can’t be used. Moreover, we are not able to use the hot water on our second night. Then, making a call again and they told us that it was because we were so many people using a lot of water so the hot water were run out.
