: The reception & bar were conveniently located. The windows could opened fully
: Upon walking in with 2 suitcases & a bag no assistance was offered by the 2 staff on duty, neither to help carry the bags nor look after them. Fran who was responsible for checking us in issued a room with one double bed for 3 people despite having reserved and paid for a double and single bed. After carrying my luggage all the way up to the room to find out only a double bed had been made up in the room it didnt occur to Fran to apologies for his mistake. I asked to see if the room allocated was for 3 people and he refused moving his laptop away. I asked for an apology 4 times on our way up to the same room. No apology was given and despite his presence there was still no extra single bed in the room. I suggested that if 3 people were to stay in the room that a 2nd bed should be visible and it should have been made up. Frans only comment on the way back to reception was to cough over my arm. A nice touch! Finally a bedroom for 3 people was given. I was very upset and annoyed by the very poor attitude by this member of staff. Im unlikely to want to stay in this hotel again.
