  : The location was superb, with a stunning view of the beach. Also a tram stop was 5 minutes away so it was very easy to travel to other places. The interior was nicely decorated and clean.. Great to have a washing machine, and thankfully a good shower with hot water. It is a perfect sized apartment for one person.
  : My partner arrived before me and was issued with only one set of keys, this caused an issue during the holiday. Make sure you have a set each to allow for independence. I ended up being in a situation where I had no way to get into the apartment, I phoned the agent and left a voicemail stating I had been locked out at 22:00 hrs. I received a phone call the next day at 11:00 in the morning. I had no idea how to work the oven/hob, no instructions. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and I did contact the agent to say as such, especially if your stay is for a week or more, no solution was offered. This apartment was too small for two people. A dryer would have been useful especially in the winter months or a clothes horse.

  : the view from the balcony is great the beach is right there which is amazing the tram is very near as well we were nicely welcomed and got detailed explanations the place has all needed appliances (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, oven, kettle, toaster)
  : there are NO toiletries (soap, dish washing liquid). Not having soap when we arrived late was terrible because we werent able to go and buy it. For dishes, there was no sponge nor the washing liquid, only some sort of salt for the dishwasher. In the description, they say theyre taking extra precautions due to COVID but dont even secure a soap! the bed is an absolute nightmare - its an OLD sofabed with an even older mattress. Very uncomfortable, our backs and necks hurt so much, we felt like a train hit us every single day. A real health hazard, could cause serious medical issues. payment not done through Booking (the agency sent us a link) we had to sign an agreement in which they cap your electricity consumption (but they dont give you the meter reading when you enter) they charge 50 per trash bag if you forget/leave it in the accommodation after youre gone

  : Fantastic flat with a great view and very close to both el campello and Alicante. Via the tram.
  : The access to the pool was only available in June which was a shame but so much ocean it's not a problem.The shower head was already loose on arrival therefore the pressure in the shower was rather low.

  : Location was amazing. Kitchen was fantastic. Has everything you need. Has the best ocean view for breakfast and a long drink on the balcony watching the waves. Absolute beachfront.

  : The best thing about the apartment is the view. direct seafront its really beautiful. you can see the sunrise ove the ocean from the balcony. They have finally put in a new bed and mattress that was fairly comfortable. u can see the sea while lying on the bed. its a modern apartment with all the basic facilities. nice hot shower, AC, washing machine, dishwasher etc. quiet location. host met us late at night with the keys but there is an extra charge for late check in. host was kind enough to give us an extra hour for checkout. host was friendly and informative. tram station nearby so you can tram to alicante city or el campello to reach busier areas. nice beach rignt in front. lift access to apartment.
  : location for us wasnt that great as there is nothng much around as its mostly a residential area. just 1 beach bar and small supermarket at 5-10 mins walk, and a tram stop. rest everything is at least 20-25 mins walk away and even then its not a lot. u will have to take a tram to get to busier areas. its a good spot if u like it nice and quiet and you are not much fussed about food options. mostly locals on this beach. would liked a couple of comfy chairs in the apartment instead all the numerous fragile showpieces as there is nowhere to sit properly. the terrace chairs are not very comfy. would be really good to have some sort of a drying rack on the terrace. there;s nowhere to hang the wet clothes, towels etc. small shower.
