  : Facilities are clean and updated. Standard breakfast available. The swimming pool was definitely a plus. Located at an interstate exit which makes it convenient for travellers.
  : The pool could have used a little more cleaning. The AC unit in the room was a little bit on the louder side.

  : I was unable to stay at this hotel because Best Western did not honor my reservation. I could not stay at this hotel due to safety concerns with the door and lock that did not work on my room door. The room doors lead directly onto the parking lot, so it is not as if you are inside a building where there is more safety. The receptionist told me she would call the handy man. Then she made me wait while a manitnenance man dismantled my room door in front of me. There was no apology, no nothing. The receptionist should not have kept a guest waiting for a room that is not safe to stay in. This makes this hotel chain look shoddy and lacks proper maintenance, and the employees are not professional. There were no other employees at all on the premises, so it was a very weird place. I was glad I did not stay there in the end. The Wyndham nearby was much better. And when I looked at my bank statement, I found out that the receptionist had charged my credit card twice. I had asked her to issue a refund, and I also asked her for a receipt of the transaction. The so-called receipt she gave me had a lot of zeros on it, so I already suspected that she had not issued the refund. And in fact she had actually run the credit card again as a charge. The manager was not on the premises at the time, and he/she never followed up. Needless to say that after driving hundreds of miles, this is not a situation you want to get yourself in. You do not know if the doors and locks are properly maintained at this location, or if you will be charged multiple times on your credit card. There is nobody to respond to you, as the receptionist seems to run the entire place by herself.

  : Facilities weren't the cleanest. There were stains on the mattress covers and a white powdery substance on the floor.

  : The pool was green and very cloudy. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while so we didnt dare to go in. My kids insisted on swimming but stayed out of the deep end saying it was scary because it was so dirty.
