Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 7.50 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
Reception is open 09:00 - 20:30. Guests are kindly requested to advise Palacio de Luja of their arrival time in advance.

If you expect to arrive late, please contact the property in advance. Please note that there is an extra charge for late check-in after 20:00.

Please note that all apartments include bed linen and towels. One cleaning service and change of bed linen and towels is included for reservations of more than 4 nights. Extra cleaning services and bed linen or towels carry an extra charge and is available under request.
