Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 7.70 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 12 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

If arriving after 20:00, please contact the hotel to avoid being cancelled as a no-show.

Flip-flops and swimming cap are mandatory for the use of the spa.

The use of the indoor pool carries a surcharge of EUR 4 per hour.

Please note that the spa facilities and the indoor pool are closed for cleaning on Sunday afternoon.

-Adults: EUR 15 per hour
-Children: EUR 7.50 per child 12 years or younger

Please note that children can only access the spa circuit on Sunday mornings.
