Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Hawaii Fira Barcelona in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is extra charge for late check-in starting from 20:00 as follows:
From 20:00 to 22:00 EUR 15;
From 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 30;
From 00:00 to 07:00 EUR 100;
From 07:00 to 09:00 EUR 20.
Extra charge for Sunday check in EUR 120.
