  : Great value in El Paso. Facilities were clean and comfortable, the bed was soft. Check in was easy. Good location near the places we wanted to see.
  : Dated/old decor. There was a non profit working in the hotel to house migrants and they did not communicate well with each other or the hotel staff which resulted in a worker coming into our room thinking it was vacant. They were very apologetic and no harm was done.

  : A very comfortable stay, would book here again.AC worked, bed was comfortable, room was clean and large, shower was hot. Grab bar present for tub/shower combo. Refrigerator. Rug looked very clean. Cotton sheets! No duvet/sheet combo so I could just use top sheet, yay!Wastebasket in room AND bathroom (pet peeve to only have 1)Price was right. Friendly efficient desk staff.I can't comment on breakfast, did not partake. Did not use tv or wifi.Elevator and bellman carts avail for moving in.Location close to I-10 and a Starbucks, other fast food; easy to get back on the road in am.
  : No freezer compartment in fridge. Observed interesting combo of recent paint/remodel but chipped tub, cracked elevator panels - aesthetics only. Pillows too firm for me but I travel with one so not an issue.Only one power outlet in lamp on bedside table so I needed to use my travel power strip.No major issues.

  : Open 24/7 it’s good . We arrived at 11 pm.
  : It's too noisy here. The floor is old wood and it creaks. I woke up at night because of the noise, even though I'm on the top floor. I could still hear my neighbors from the side, even with earplugs. Breakfast was disappointing. We arrived at 8:30, and the food was almost gone and wasn't restocked.
