  : The poolside / patio could of had more shade. Provided umbrellas or canopy’s outside the pool or bbq area.Also my last day to check out I had to use the stairs with luggage and children because both elevators were out of order , yet no posted signs were visible .

  : Room was very dirty, carpet smelled like it needed to be cleaned,bathroom sink knob was broken and water pressure was extremely bad. Shower had rust. And bed smelled like an older woman slept on it and they just fixed the bed there was long white hairs on the pillows. Food horrible! Pancakes cold!

  : This is my favorite hotel. I always stay here when I come to visit family. I liked that the room was on the ground floor. We love to sit in the lobby and play dominoes and have adult beverages and socialize with other guests.
  : We stayed in room 115 by mistake. It was not my intention to get a handicap accessible room. The shower was a walk-in with a regular shower curtain and poured water all over the bathroom floor. The room smelled like a dirty gym locker room and the bed was not nearly as comfortable as the ones in the regular rooms. The window shades are controlled by a remote, which did not work well. The ones in the regular rooms have chains so that you can open the shades as much or as little as you like.
