  : Easy to get to off the highway and friendly staff who were ready and willing to help us.
  : Parking area was to small but staff on hand did a great job of helping us to find a place to park and there was a damaged vanity mirror in the bathroom that took away from how nice the rest of the room was.

  : Stayed on the top floor level 9 they had the heater on in the hallways you can see the thermostat was set on high heat in the middle of 100+ degree weather outside so trying to cool the room was almost impossible and they did not have anyway to fill water to drink and they had the ice machines removed and can see where they where once located so why they where not there is unknown if you didn’t have water which we didn’t you are gunna be thirsty as heck

  : No water available at breakfast, eggs looked very low grade. Servers were nice.
  : There was what looked like rat poop in the staircase on the 2nd floor landing. Coarse small black hairs in shower. Remote in room had no batteries.

  : The Hotel has been renovated since the last time my boyfriend and I stayed there and the changes are wonderful. It was super clean and staff was courteous and nice. The kitchen staff were super nice and the breakfast was great! The room we stayed in was super comfortable and clean. The location is really convenient in downtown.
  : I didn't like the fact that the sink was clogged in the bathroom in our room, but maintenance took care of it right away. Also, the water pressure in the shower wasn't that great. During breakfast the juice machine wasn't operable, but I was able to get water from the kitchen staff and/or anything I needed. I didn't like that there wasn't an ice machine on a floor closer to us. We had to go and get it from the kitchen staff.

  : We weren’t informed that the pool was under construction prior to booking. We would not have chosen this property if we’d known in advance.

  : The hotel is OK. The breakfast is a standard breakfast for such type of hotels.
  : Part of the rooms are faced to highway and it is very noisy. I have difficulty to sleep at such noise.The staff is also not so pleasant to the guests. I felt like I was bothering the girl at the reception when I arrived at the hotel
