  : The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The pool area is nice, however in full season it appears that the pool would be too small . However out of season was great.The location is very good, 5 minute walk to the main strip . However , for those with mobility issues it could be a problem as the hotel is up a steep hill . Very close to the beach and public transport.The staff are welcoming and very helpful. The staff pays attention to small details and are always available if help is needed .Rooms are outdated but very clean . The cleaners cleaned everyday. The balcony is spacious with the view of the pool.Pleasant lobby area.The bar staff were great, drinks were delicious and at a great price . The breakfast was basic but there was something for everyone. Good choice of pastries . Coffee was delicious . Dinner had a good variation of meats and desserts.
  : Not even water included in the dinner had to pay for any type of drink. During our stay the first two days of dinner werent the best (cold and tasteless) , however after that it was it tasted good. If you have children who are picky eaters it might be difficult for them to eat something other than pizza and plain pasta ( tomato sauce available). No bacon available at breakfast, during our stay scrambled eggs were served once only and on one of the days no butter available. Limited fruit available at breakfast and dinner.The bathrooms needs upgrading, very old and in need of renovation. The cot provided for our baby had no bedsheets ( luckily I packed my own). The cot seemed comfortable though. We were given a room on the 8th floor with a small baby( other couples we spoke to also mentioned that was an issue.No baby changing facilities at all. The elevators very small, hard to fit pram. No kettle In the room or mini fridge. No entertainment available ( I presume due to our stay being out of season.The paint was cracking of the wall.

  : Nice breakfast, plenty to choose. Had other activities like table tennis.
  : No ventilation in bathroom, high humidity.Found bug in bathtub. The ceiling was rusty. Sound insulation was 1 of 10.

  : I was my second time in HSM Reina del mar - and again everything was ok- like the first time. I like the hotel, the staff especially Yasmina from reception desk- always was helpful and kind! Big plus was early breakfast for us! Thanks for all. See you again!
  : there was no good label of food- and i am always ask the cooker for meals
