  : Due to hot weather the A/C could not cool the room, suggestion to have a fan in the ceiling to move the air around. The fire alarm went off and it took an hour to reset the alarm, guests did not evacuate and guests tried to reset the fire alarm.

  : Missing key for the windows, can get by asking the staff, but preferably that it is alway available.Missing spot light at the beds, for reading.

  : It was the perfect base for visiting family . We could walk to Ekero -10 minutes and picked up one of the frequent buses either towards city centre or towards Kings Palace area where our family live. The room was very well equipped too

  : Very hot in the room. No option to open the window (only a very small crack) and no airconditioning available. The beds are on the second floor, which makes it even harder (impossible) to sleep.

  : It was very clean, the kitchen was a great bonus although it was too hot to cook.
  : The noise, the beds, and the heat! This hotel should provide better services to the workers who are regular guests there. See comments above.

  : Clean hotel and facilities. When contacting staff by email, quick and friendly replies as well. The rooms and hotel looked very new and well kept, full size fridge, and kitchen appliances. Overall great rooms!
  : Guests staying at the other rooms a bit noisy. We saw print outs on the rooms mentioning about house rules and that they should be enforced, unfortunately people calling each other through late night and early morning outside was normal. I believe there is a large work crew staying at the facilities (big group with lots of apartments). Parking details should be a bit more clear. The parking spots have assigned numbers, however the reservation for both rooms did not indicate we could park at any specific spot.
