  : Great location, good parking facilities, charming atmosphere of breackfast area and room, kind and professional staff.
  : It would have been better for us if the breakfast in the weekend was from 7 am, so we could have enjoyed too. But it is not a big thing.

We had announced arrival at 13.00-14.00, but there was no response at the front door or the back door! We then called Booking.com and spoke with customer service representative Joy Grace L. over the phone to whom we explained our issues. We agreed that she would call back after approx. 20 min., when she had spoken to the hotel staff. We waited for almost 2 hours but she never called us back! If the hotel looks at the footage from the 2 security cameras at the back door, you will be able to see that we - 2 almost 80-year-old disabled pensioners - sat at the parking space at a table with 2 chairs by the entrance the whole time. Afterwards we left the hotel to find an alternative accommodation option! To Booking.com: Under no circumstances will we pay for this hotel as we were never let in. As the money has been withdrawn from our account, please refund it immediately!

  : I liked that all the rooms look different. We stayed in a lemon room which was a nice touch and made me smile. Big plus for the location and wifi.
  : Unfortunately... after the night in the hotel we had cockroaches in our luggage. (I left my suitcase open on the floor during the night)The linen had broken zippers so the duvet and the pillows were falling out. Also no one replaced the water glasses after the previous guest because they were dirty. No one speaks English at the hotel so we had to communicate via Google translator. I wouldnt write a negative opinion if t wasnt for the cockroaches. Im really disappointed because the hotel had really good reviews.

  : We didn`t have breakfast, we arrived late night, but we liked the small cozy hotel overall. Nice, clean, quiet and pleasant! nothing else to wish for

  : The checkin outside opening hours cut be explained more in detail. If you arrive after opening hours you need to call a number available 24 hours and they will guide you, also directions to parking could be a little more detailed, we only found it due to remarks on tropadvisor
