  : The host ruined our vacation mood, she was extremly rude,arrogant,offended us many times, just because we tought we can pay with euro, she didn't wanted to give us 10 minutes to take money from the bank,my mom had to take a taxi because she didn't wanted to wait 10 minutes, she offended my 54 years mom and trate her like she was stupid, she was making egocentric and hater faces to us, Apartman was extremly cold, and i nicely asked her to turn on heating in my room, she just totally ignored us. No answer, no communication, she took the money and after that do what you want. There is no shower gels, no shampoo absolutly nothing, like in other places, Apartman is very dark , Not a coffee,a tea or something like in other places that makes you feel home, Sincerelly, i would never go back, not even for free. I live in USA and i always come to visit my hungarian grandparents who lives there, we were so exited to arrive, and no words have a person like reception can turn this into that bad feeling with that start
