  : The only thing I liked here was the beautiful surroundings
  : The service was not good at all. Everybody that worked there was rude. We found only 2 employees that knew English. We booked the regular superior triple room, and they put us in the attic room. We were put into a room that had an adjacent room with a door between the 2, which meant we could heat everything the other couple did, literally, including them peeing. We asked to be put into a different room and they said they will just tell the other people to be quite. How to be quite while peeing I have no idea. At the end they put us in a different room where the bed was slanted so my husband was almost rolling off the bed the whole time. In the facilities there were only 3 saunas that were working, out of like 9. We paid for the facilities but didnt get to enjoy them because of that.We asked to get a late check out, they agreed for a specific price and we said yes. The next morning I asked what time we need to leave by with the late check out, they said we cant have late check out and need to leave in half an hour. We made plans according the us staying in the hotel later, so I was very unhappy with that.The breakfast was mediocre at best.Lastly, I was overcharged. But I believe that might be bookings fault.

  : Very successful marketing team, pictures looks amazing - maybe because of November reality is different. Ladies at the reception were very helpful. Breakfast was a good variety. Location is really nice walkable distance to restaurants. Overall the area is really pretty. We managed to have bathrobes for the wellness Centre.
  : Only 3 saunas working and the pool had super cold water. Staff at the wellness Centre was almost rude. It was very expensive price for a regular Saturdays night in November and we were in a different building to the wellness Centre what made the stay uncomfortable. The fire alarm is definetly working, so we were safe, we had one at 7:20 on Sunday morning. No mention or apologies for that.
