  : Did not realize the housing at the resort is both within the footprint of the resort and mixed on the outskirts and named differently.. We were assigned an area called marsh point which turned out to be not lushly covered as in the pictures of the club, but which actually had a better pool area than at the center of the resort. This was an area out in the open and looked more like a traditional beach two level structure.
  : We arrived at 4 o’clock sharp for check-in. The desk did not have our reservation and said wait 10 minutes for them to straighten it out. We waited 40 minutes to get a room which was not the original room we signed up for. Yes they gave us a two bedroom instead of a one however we have no idea where we would’ve originally been assigned. at least one other couple had a similar incident. Then we were woken up at midnight by a phone call from the resort asking whether we were in room 742 or 745 they still did not have it straightened out. All of this is after I tried calling the resort two days before our arrival to get information. After a 20 minute wait on the phone I gave up. I then used the resort site communications link twice and receive no response. I’ve contacted Booking.com directly asking to check out the same information. They said they would have to get back to me they got back to me with a statement that we needed to contact the resort directly, I tried calling again. On top of that because of the confusion at the front desk going on for us and others we would never stay at this particular site again. Island was wonderful, but the club was not. I do feel sorry for anyone who had to stay in the center of the resort because that particular pool is small for the amount of families and other, vacationers trying to enjoy themselves. Also trying to find the exercise area at the center of the resort is not easy. They say it’s near the pool but the fact that it’s on the second floor of a building, but not clearly marked was a little poor.
