  : Good location. Comfortable beds.
  : We arrived to apartment door being wide open and the apartment had not been cleaned. We were then unable to get hold of anybody to help us. Eventually, after going out to buy washing powder to clean the sheets ourselves, somebody contacted us and moved us to another apartment for the night. It was over an hour between arriving and being relocated. We then had to move back to the original apartment the next day so couldnt relax until getting access to the first apartment at 12.30. It was an awful start to our stay and honestly its concerning that there are not better systems in place to deal with things like this. We arrived in at 9.40 and were lucky to be in a group, if I had been travelling solo it would have been horrendous.

  : we loved the location and that there was plenty of space with two young adults and two parents. Its in a building with character which added to the experience for us. It had everything we needed.
  : The only thing that I didnt know was that it was up three flights of spiral stairs. It worked for us but dragging the luggage up was a workout.

  : The location is good within walking distance of everything. The size of the apartment was good, and had all basic amenities you need. Price was fair.
  : Host forgot to leave the key in the key box. We had to wait almost an hour before we could enter the apartment. Beds are very bad so sleep quality was poor. The apartment needed a bit of maintenance.

  : Dining room chairs were very wobbly. Sofa bed not comfy for adults.

  : Warning of the steep spiral staircase and that we would be up three levels would have been advantageous before arrival.
