  : Location was really convenient. The apartment is also fully equipped with anything you might need.
  : We really disliked the gas boiler being in the sleeping room - first of all, I'm pretty sure its against some safety regulations, and second, its very noisy and makes it hard to sleep. The bedroom also looks onto a terrace that is often used late in the night, again making it difficult to get some sleep.

  : Great location - just off the Royal Mile. Good sized bedroom and kitchen
  : 25 steps to get up to the apartment - difficult with anyone with mobility issues. Very dark stairwell. The bath was very high with no grab rails.The pull out sofa bed was spring based with thin mattress - not so comfy

  : It is located just a few meters from the Royal Mile. The apartment also has two separate rooms where you can fit 4 people.
  : The apartment was old and not properly renovated. There were water stains in the ceilings of the kitchen and the hall. There was mould in the shower. The gas boiler was in the bedroom and it made loud noises every 20 minutes. We booked for three people but the sofa wasnt ready. We had to do it ourselves even though the hosts promised that it will be ready. They pride themselves as a small company but over the phone the person told us that they operate 200 apartments.

  : You get what you pay for and the property is tired. Wi-Fi signal isnt great, the tv is connected to this and is more then useless. Not enough bedding for the two single put up beds so had to push them together.

  : Well furnished, though having large armchairs in the kitchen made it crowded.
  : Keysafe was not marked as our instructions had said it would. We struggled with opening, till another resident let us in. No warning online about stairway being difficult for old people.
