  : Good size apartment for the price, location was good as well.
  : Poor communication from the establishment. Washmachine door got stuck and did not want to open - visible signs of previous struggles with the door.

  : Would not hand over key on time. Hand over location was difficult to find. Huge inconvenience for us. Too strict for no reason.

Very Good

  : We were kept fully informed from booking the property to picking up the keys. We picked the keys up from a cafe and were given a very friendly welcome. The directions were clear and we found the apartment easily. The complimentary basket of Scottish goodies was a lovely touch and very much appreciated.
  : Not a criticism but if you are planning on seeing a lot of Fringe shows in and around the Royal Mile, the apartment is a bit of a trek from the centre. We found short cuts to Holyrood Palace and into the centre of Edinburgh but were averaging 15,000 steps per day. It was ideal for us as most of our shows were on that side of town.

  : Situated in a quiet neighbourhood. A good base for exploring all the city has to offer. Easy process of collecting keys from the owner. Clean, tidy and would stay again.
  : Nothing , everything was as expected.

Very Good

  : Location was great for us, close to Holyrood Park and within easy walking distance of the town centre. Absolutely loads to do and see during our short stay, so didn't spend long in the apartment and didn't really use it's facilities to the full (for example kitchen). However, we had everything we needed, the lounge and bed were comfortable and as the apartment was set back from the main road there was no noise disturbance at all.
