  : It was a great apartment, really well situated
  : There was no soap, and not much to cook with, as we arrived late at night and had no place to buy anything, we couldn't take a shower. For a 40 fee for late arrivals, we would have liked at least a soap.

  : The oven wouldnt turn on, there was no freezer, and none of my emails were acknowledged

  : toilet blocked and not fixed as promptly as would have liked, bad smell after toilet unblocked and delay in being moved to alternative accommodation

  : The location of it being near the park and we had somewhere to stay
  : Please read before staying here!! First of, the host had no contact number, the key pick up was on a busy bus lane no where to park if driving, states you get free parking with a permit, BUT the host told us there is parking along the street which there was no spaces, had to park 40 minutes away and walk with our luggage and we werent allowed a permit. We got into the apartment and it was not as it is pictured, we expected a bath in the bathroom but instead was a whole new bathroom ( not what we wanted, not what was in the pictures ) Took a shower which didnt drain properly causing it to over flow and flood the floor. Wifi didnt work Oven didnt work With these problems I dont think the fees are acceptable to charge people. For false advertisement we should get discounted. We were even too scared to use the towels, sleep in the beds or even use the cutlery due to the fees. No cleaning products supplied even though there is a cleaning up fee. Couch was uncomfortable and tv outdated (Not HD)

  : Sofa covered in dog hairs single chair same floor was dirty bin in bathroom had used sanitary towels inside from previous occupants wee never stayed left property at 9 o'clock n went home to Glasgow my wife broke out in rash due to her allergy to dog hairs
