  : The bartender that they said was new. It took a good amount of time to get waited on and get our drinks. 25 minutes to get a drink is just too long. Plus she was rude

  : Very nice hotel. Nice art work in room. Liked the bedding. Very quiet for getting a good nights sleep.
  : No hot water in shower. I ran the water for 10 minutes, still no hot water. Called front desk and front desk person said they would send housekeeping up to another room to let me in so that I could take a shower in that room. I waited outside that room for 10 minutes and no one showed up. Front desk called back and asked if I was able to take a shower. I told her that the housekeeping did not show up to open door. Font desk person then says that she will talk to the manager about doing something for me for the inconvenience and would call back. I never heard back from her. Lesson learned - check the shower to ensure hot water is available before unpacking in a hotel room.
