  : The apartment is stylish, room is spacious and nice with all required facilities. We got super clear instruction when meeting with the agent at the beginning. The flat is very easy to find and has the great view over Edinburgh castle, also very close to other main attractions.
  : The bathroom has a little smell but can be eliminated by leaving the bathroom window open. The sofa bed in living room is not the most comfy one (it's a bit uneven) and the window is not sound proof, you can hear people talking on the street or car's noise- overall not suitable for light sleeper

  : This place does not have a self check-in for some reason and charges you extra 15-50 for arriving 'late'. Our flight had a 45 minutes delay and they refused to give us the keys unless we'd agree to pay extra 15 in cash on top of 1,337 rent plus extra 200 safety deposit we'd already paid! When we complained, they told us they could have been charging us the full amount of 50 and insisted it would be in cash. We arrived at the property on Friday at 19.24. They made us go to the cash machine straight away, took the money, gave us no receipt and left. This was the rudest and dodgiest experience I've had in Scotland in 7 years living here. Sort out the self checkout like all the other places or have staff available please! And definitely give taxed receipts for extra services!

  : Everything except the sofa-bed in the living room which was really very uncomfortable + the fact it was in the living-room which has windows directly on the busy and noisy Grassmarket.
  : The sofa-bed in the living room: very uncomfortable (but really very uncomfortable to the point we added blankets not to feel the structure) and (but we expected this) very noisy at night, since placed in the living-room with windows directly on the Grassmarket.

  : There were a lot of pubs, bars opposite to street. So some nights were noisy for who sleep at living room.

  : Location exactly where we wanted, comfortable suite with well furnished rooms, including comprehensive cooking facilities. Staff were very accommodating as we arrived much later than expected due to travel issues related to freezing fog, and they kept in regular contact to ensure that a representative would be waiting for us despite our late arrival.
  : Wifi signal very weak unless in the lounge where the router was situated. A plug-in wifi booster in the bedroom would be welcome.

  : Very good location and central to a number of activities. Sadly, the great location is affected by noisy drunks in the wee hours. The bedroom is to the rear and therefore mitigates the noise. Sitting room very comfortable with wonderful view of the castle and square.
  : The bathroom and kitchen are very, very small and tight, particularly the bathroom. Hot water system confusing. A number of doors are hung in a manner that they self close and require some propping to keep them open. Stairwell lights not on when you come and go so dangerous, but on in the middle of the night with intrusive light entering the flat. Finally, the rental is relatively expensive but you are required to empty your rubbish bin and take the waste to council bins across the square.
