  : It is what is says, a room and bathroom. All cosy, a spare heater for your use, some may find it a little coldish but once heater on all good. Didnt use it during the night as not needed. Bathroom all good too. Its not a premier inn or a posh hotel but doesnt say it is! Just like going to your own bedroom, with a rail for hanging clothes on, tea coffee etcFine for an overnight night crash when you are out sightseeing.
  : The curtains at the bottom were marked I noticed, so maybe a wee clean or attention to that would be good.

  : Nothing. This place is nothing but a halfway house.
  : The only good thing I can say is that the bed was ok. Empty beer cans outside should have been a warning but as we arrived late in the day, it was too late to move hotels. (Attending a concert at Usher Hall.) The outside bell was covered in tape and it had instructions to ring the 'other' bell and an arrow. We did and a gentleman called Adam answered and told us we were at the wrong door. Sent us back to the first door, waited for us to knock, then let us in! I did ask if he had a twin! The room looked like it was housing furniture ready for collection. The carpets were ragged and there were cobwebs in all corners. Health and safety nightmare, I could go on. I have been in contact with Booking.com. This place is advertised as 3 and I paid 188 for one night. Oh, and I will add that after I voiced my concerns, I received rather nasty texts telling us to leave the room. This was after 22.00 when leaving the concert. I pointed out that we were 2 females 60 and 42 and one with mobility issues. We were genuinely concerned about going back that night. Edinburgh is lovely, the concert was great but that ruined our experience. AVOID this place.
