  : Great family room. Clean and comfortable. Great access with key box outside. We didn’t book for breakfast as we were meeting friends but the dining room looked nice.

  : The booking was for my parents, they really liked the room although it's pretty small. Very cosy though, and very near great links to the city centre as well as stores, shops, cafes etc. Lovely staff, very nice and helpful for anything.

  : Nice location. Good bathroom.
  : Difficult to enter. Nobody to greet us on arrival. Spent 20 minutes locked outside repeatedly pressing the doorbell and trying to call them. Eventually got through to get the entry code.

  : Excellent location about a kilometer from Edinburgh old town. Walking was pleasant and convenient. It also proved to be walkining distance from transport hubs. My room had a view, plenty of natural light and was quite suitable for all I needed. Staff were helpful and friendly and breakfast was sufficient. All was adequate and met or exceeded my needs and expectations. I would definitely stay again.

  : Upon our arrival on the first night, we were pleased to be allowed to get into the room earlier than they request and that it was on the first floor. As we were so tire it meant no stairs which was a bonus. We stayed for a couple of days at the end of our visit to Edinburgh and the room was large, well lit and comfortable.
  : On our second weekend that we were staying, I received an email asking for us to confirm our arrival time the subsequent day. There was no option for an email and didn't have access to phone them. As we had booked and pre-paid with a "confirmation" and understood that check-in was between 13:00 - 00:00 hours and anticipated being in town at 4:00 did not expect any issue. However upon arrival there were two ladies trying to locate 'someone' to let them in to get their luggage as had been pre-arranged. We did not have a key or access code to get in. Another patron happened by and was able to let us into the building. It took a ridiculous amount of time to locate someone to provide us with a key but they eventually showed up (approximately 25 minutes later--thank goodness it wasn't raining!)
