  : great location, great pool, beautiful area, good internet and TV options, easy keyless entry, convenient parking, lots of wildlife and nature in area, easy access to a grocery store and restaurants and gas. the owner/or manger was quick to respond when the slider door in the bedroom wouldn't open. he came over the next morning and got it to open but not able to lock until he said he would replace the lock later which was ok since it was just a door to a balcony.
  : No central air. Condo was never able to get completely cool because it only had one portable ac unit on each level vented to the outside and they had to run constantly to do any good at all and they were so noisy that you couldn't hear the TVs. It was very hot weather during our stay like over 90 degrees and I believe these condos are mostly designed for winter ski lodges. I felt like for the amount of money we paid their should have been better air conditioning, like window or wall units. And should have more updates like glass top stove, new countertops, new sinks and faucets in bathrooms, flat panel TVs, etc.
