: The closeness of the hills around Edale. We did two big walks and it was lovely to come back to a warm, comfortable cottage. Mrs Gee was very nice, and helpful too. It was a quiet area, and we felt very safe there, as the farmhouse was just across the way. They didn't disturb us at all, and we had an all round good, family holiday.
: Hard to pick a fault really, as it was all beautifully done. Because of the open plan layout, the washing machine was a little noisy when we put it on at night. However, short of buying a new, quieter model, I don't see how this could be resolved.

: Fantastic location. Warm and cosy, good shower, always plenty of hot water. Kitchen well fitted with plenty of crockery, glasses etc. Nice dining area, comfy sofas, clean and comfortable beds.
: The bedroom at the back & the bathroom had windows but they were very high up with no way to open them.There were lots of cobwebs on the high ceiling beams & in the bathroom on the extractor fan & underneath the window. Glass shelf in bathroom not secure.

: Fantastic tucked away location, straight onto footpaths, beautiful walking in the peaks. comfy beds, pleasant helpful hosts. Good directions given as could be difficult to find. Had everything we needed as far as facilities were concerned. Not far to get to the two local and lovely pubs
: Phone connection poor..no t great for my daughter but .which I actually quite liked. WiFi adequate.

: Great location for some beautiful walks and 10 min walk to the local pub and general store.The house had everything we needed for our stay.
: wifi and phone signal was poor, but we knew this before we booked from looking at other reviews.
