  : The room size was large by European standards.
  : Air conditioning was shut off in the rooms in the night according to front desk lady. Temps in the 90s in Italy during our stay. We were told to open our window to let air in! The hotel lets dogs roam the hallways at night. One night as I went to the lobby to inquire about the air conditioning I was chased through the hallways by the dogs in attack mode. The had teeth exposed, growling, and tried to bite me-most horrifying experience! The dogs the next day were roaming the breakfast area and one dog jumped up on a table and ate food! On Sunday of our stay we had no hot water in our room, only luke warm water. No tissues, and toilet paper not replaced. They also kept our passports upon check in and did not want to return them to us. We have family in Eboli and will return to visit them, we will most likely not stay here again. I can communicate in simple Italian. If you don't speak Italian you may experience language issues here as the staff's English seems to "come and go" as necessary. Italy is a wonderful country, and the Eboli area is charming, seek out a different hotel when you visit.
